If your doctor has diagnosed you with fibroid tumors, your mind is probably
overflowing with questions and concerns. That is as it should be. It is
only by gathering the facts and becoming an informed consumer that you will
be able to find information about and, if necessary, demand the treatment
that is in your best interest.
Deciding what to do can be confusing and difficult. However, compared
with 10 or 20 years ago, the amount of good consumer information available
is truly impressive.
It's your body, and you have the right to expect certain things from
your physician.
